Grease distribution cycle
The grease distribution cycle for the AXRY-NGS (NGS-SBI) is substantially longer than for standard NGX/EX bearings and is adapted depending on the lubrication system, lubricant and limiting speed.
Complete, even distribution of the grease is absolutely essential for operation at higher speeds.
Grease distribution cycles up to the limiting speed nG are common, with alternating clockwise/anti-clockwise rotation (CW/CCW), differing duty-cycles and cooling breaks.

■ nG = limiting speed of the axis
■ Sensor temperature in sensor bore max. 60°C
■ At the beginning and between every step, it is recommended to cool down the bearing to 21°C ± 1K
